Clinic Progress - May 2009
NHS Leicester City Diabetes Intermediate Care service launched in September 2008 and is currently receiving referrals from Leicester practices randomised to the intervention arm. The Coventry and Warwickshire Diabetes Intermediate care Services have recently launched.
